  • Q:When will I receive my order?

    We aim to dispatch within 24 hours once you place your order. Delivery can take up to 2-5 business days via Australia Post. If you have requested delivery to a regional area within Australia, delivery could extend to 5-8 business days. We cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates during peak periods, for example, Christmas.

    Q:Can I request delivery to a different address?

    Yes you can just by being a registered customer! When you log into your account simply fill in the 'Delivery Address' fields in Your Address Book and your order will be promptly dispatched to your nominated address.

    Q:Do I have to be home to receive my order?

    No you don’t, our courier partners will leave a card explaining how you are able to pick up your order or to arrange redelivery. Use the details on the card to arrange redelivery if required, in most cases your order will be taken to the nearest post office.

    Pre-order timelines can vary however, a date will always be specified on the product page prior to placing an order. This will advise what date your order will leave our warehouse for delivery. Special event items are most commonly place on pre-order.

    Our quality control team inspects all deliveries to ensure the goods you receive meet our exacting quality
    standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us via Customer Service or
    complete the Return Online Form.  
    We're happy to accept the return of goods for a full refund within 14 days of receipt by you if a product is not
    of satisfactory quality i.e. faulty. We will gladly assume responsibility for postage and handling costs
    associated with the return of faulty products.
    Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
    Important: Items that have been personalised in any way cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless garment
    is faulty. 
     
    All discounted items purchased are final sale. These are non-returnable and not valid for exchange under
    any circumstance.

    items. We take no responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit and don't reach us.

    Q:My garment does not fit, can I exchange it?

    We accept the exchange of garments for different sizes within 20 days of receipt by you, as long as the product is returned to us in its original condition, unworn with the tag still attached.

     

    Please note that in this case postage and handling costs on returns are not our responsibility. We strongly recommend that you obtain postal insurance via a parcel tracking provider, before returning any items. We take no responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit and don't reach us. 

    Q:What information do I need to send with my return?

    Goods must be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Please ensure you have your supporting documentation as proof of purchase.

     

    Please ensure that you indicate clearly in the Returns and Exchange Application your reason for return and your preferred remedy, i.e. whether you would like an exchange or refund (if the product is faulty) and if an exchange, the exact details of what you would like, including the name, size and colour as per the information for that item on our website.

    Q:When will I receive my refund?

    Returns turnaround depends on the shipping provider you select. Once our warehouse receives your returned items, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds back to your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

    Q:How do I pay for an item I won through an auction?

    If you're the winning bidder of an auction item, you'll be sent an email notification that will prompt you to pay for the item. Your winning bid will be the dollar amount you'll be required to pay.

    3. Be sure to log into your account

    4. Select your preferred payment method

    Credit / Debit Card - will require the full dollar amount in one transaction

    Q:How does Afterpay work?

    Afterpay offers simple installment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal installments, due every fortnight.

    Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.

    First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! 

    After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you by ISC and you pay later. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date.     Q:If the auction winner doesn't pay, can I claim purchase the item?

    In the event a winner fails to pay within 72 hours, once the auction has closed, the second place bidder will be contacted (via email & phone) for their chance to claim and purchase the auction item.

    If the second place bidder doesn't want to claim the auction item, preference will then be shown to the next placed bidder.

    The auction item can only be purchased by paying the winning bid dollar amount.
