MEMBER PACK REDEMPTION - EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Redeeming your 2025 Maroons Member Pack? Here's a quick rundown of how it all works and what to expect.

WHO NEEDS TO REDEEM A PACK?

If you're a ticketed member in 2025, you’ll need to redeem your pack via the Maroons Shop. This includes:

  • Diamond Ticketed Members
  • Adult Ticketed Members
  • Youth Ticketed Members

Non-ticketed members and some WSOO members may receive their packs via mail automatically (see more below).

HOW DO I REDEEM MY MEMBER PACK?

  1. Click the link in your member email to visit the Maroons Shop.
  2. Choose your item (if required – see below).
  3. Add it to your cart.
  4. Enter your unique coupon code in the promo field.
  5. Have multiple memberships? Add multiple items and include all coupon codes.
  6. Complete checkout with your correct shipping details.
  7. Create a password at checkout to activate your Maroons Member Account.

WHAT ARE THE PACK OPTIONS?
Depending on your membership type, you’ll have the choice of the following:

Maroons Ticketed Adult Membership: Cap or Scarf
Maroons Ticketed Youth Membership: Cap or Cooler Bag
Maroons Ticketed Diamond Membership: You get it all, cap and scarf! No need to select, just redeem!

WHAT’S MY COUPON CODE?
Your unique coupon code is included in the email sent to you. Or if you’ve signed up as a member mid-May, your redemption code will be located in your welcome email.

If you can’t find it, contact our team.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE MEMBERSHIP?
If you’ve purchased multiple memberships, you’ll receive a unique coupon code for each.

You will need to:

  • Add all your items to the cart
  • Enter multiple codes in the 'coupon' section during checkout
  • Complete the process in one go

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACK?
Once you’ve redeemed and completed checkout, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your pack leaves the warehouse.

WHAT IS THE MAROONS MEMBER ACCOUNT?
When you check out your pack, you’ll be prompted to create a password, this sets up your account.

Your account gives you:

  • 10% off all Maroons Shop merchandise (automatically applied when logged in)
  • Access to exclusive member-only products
  • A place to update your details and manage future redemptions

I HAVE A SUPPORT FROM HOME MEMBERSHIP, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
If you have purchased a QLDER Membership, Ariat Membership, Baby Membership, Pet Membership or Digital Membership, you don't have to do a thing! You made your selection of cap or scarf when purchasing your membership. You also created a membership account during this process. 

CAN’T ACCESS YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT?
Click here to reset your password. Enter your email address. Make sure this email address is the same one used when purchasing your membership. Follow the prompt in the email sent to you.
