Use of This Website
You acknowledge and agree that this website and its contents are only intended for your own personal, non-commercial use and you may only download, print or use content for this purpose.
You may only use this website for lawful purposes and must not use it in a way that violates the rights of any third party.
Unless you have prior consent, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, imitate, publish, commercially exploit or link to or deep-link into this website.
We reserve the right to set pricing across this website and subject to change at any given time. Sale pricing is final and any further discounts (for example, member pricing and promotion codes) cannot be applied against sale item purchases.

We will take reasonable care in ensuring that our website is free from viruses or other dangerous content, however, cannot guarantee that use of this website will not cause damage to your computer or other devices. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have the proper equipment and anti-virus software to use this website safely.
Password and Account Security
It is your responsibility in maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and all activities that take place under your password or account. If you will be using a shared computer, ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session.
If you believe that there has been a security breach or misuse of your password or account, please let us know immediately. QRL will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of your failure to comply with this clause.
This website may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. QRL makes no representations that the content of this website complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia. If you access this website from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access the website.
In addition, note that we may not be permitted to supply certain products to customers outside of Australia.
By law, we cannot sell certain products (such as alcohol) to persons under the age stated on the product. When you order these products online, you are confirming that you are of the legal age and that the information you have provided us is true and accurate.
When placing information onto our website, we will take reasonable care in ensuring that all details, prices, product images and descriptions displayed are correct at the time.
We have the right to amend any typographical errors, inaccuracies or oversights in the information contained on this website and to correct or update content or cancel orders at any time without prior notice. Please note that this also applies to orders that have been submitted.
In addition, images showing textures, appearances and colours of our products will vary depending on your monitor and computer equipment. We cannot guarantee that the product images are an exact representation of the actual products.
Rejection of Orders
We reserve the right to reject an order for any reason, including without limitation where:
- A product is unavailable;
- There was an error in the price, image or product description;
- The customer does not meet age requirements;
- We are not permitted to supply the product to a customer outside Australia;
- There was an error in your order; and
We also have the right to limit the sale of products to reasonable or normal quantities. When an order is rejected, we will refund in full all amounts you have paid in respect of the rejected order.
All bids placed are final and cannot be withdrawn, at any time.
If you are a successful winner of an auction item, you will be notified via email once the auction ends. All successful winners must make payment for the item within 72 hours of the auction ending. If payment is not received by this deadline, the auction item will be offered to the second highest bidder.
Bidders who win an auction and fail to make payment will be blacklisted from bidding in future auctions to protect the interests of genuine bidders.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend, terminate or limit your access to this website for any reason in our absolute discretion. We will not accept responsibility if your access to this website is unavailable for any reason.
You use this website at your own discretion and risk. QRL makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this website, except as otherwise provided under applicable laws.
Neither QRL nor its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors or assigns will be liable in any way whatsoever (including for negligence) for any loss, damage (including incidental, special or consequential damages), costs or expenses suffered, arising out of, or in any way connected with this website or any of its content.
All warranties, conditions and representations (whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify QRL for any loss, damage or cost it suffers or incurs as a result of any breach by you of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
QRL may, in its absolute discretion, modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without providing you with prior notice. If we do so, the updated terms and conditions will be published on this website and the modifications will be immediately binding upon you.
Purchasing or using a Maroons Shop Gift Card means that you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.
If you let another person use your Maroons Shop Gift Card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these terms and conditions.
- No further discounts can be applied when purchasing a Maroons Shop Gift Card
- Recipients will receive an email that will include a unique gift card code. This code is active once received and can be applied to any order
- The Maroons Shop Gift Card Sender will receive an email notification once the order is completed
- Customers have the ability to either apply the full or partial dollar value of their gift card to an order
- Maroons Shop Gift Cards are only redeemable online via maroonsshop.com
- Maroons Shop Gift Cards are valid from three years from the date of issue

No changes can be made to personalised items after an order is placed.
We do not offer refunds on personalised items for incorrect sizing, incorrect name or number, or change of mind.
If your order includes a personalised item, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery outside of our standard delivery time frames.
If you ordered additional non-personalised items, you will receive these all in the same package.
If you believe your item is faulty, not of acceptable quality or does not match the personalisation requirements provided please contact us via the enquiry form. Please note we are not able to offer refunds where an item has been damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
All Members agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Queensland Rugby League (QRL) Memberships.
Sale of Membership creates a contract between the QRL and the purchaser which gives the purchaser a transferable but conditional licence for admission to the specified match/s for the ticketed membership. This Membership may not without prior consent of the QRL, be resold or offered for resale (including online auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competition and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket will be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. In addition, the resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal charges.
A valid residential address must be provided at the time of purchase. Business addresses will not be accepted.
The QRL reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as may be reasonably necessary from time to time.
All Memberships are inclusive of the specified inclusions at time of purchase. QRL reserve the right to change advertised package prices or inclusions at any time. Membership items cannot be redeemed for cash or discounts.
If any unforeseen circumstances impact on the QRL’s ability to deliver on its representations in the Membership offer, the QRL will not be held liable.
The products and services offered in any sponsor promotional material are not offered by the QRL. The QRL do not accept liability for any product or service referred to in such material, and to the widest extent possible at law excludes all liability with respect to these products and services.
The QRL do not warrant that every request for Membership, ticketing, and/or seating allocation can or will be complied with. Seating is allocated as best available at time of sale.
All Memberships are subject to the terms of ticket sale. All ticket purchasers are also bound by the Maroons Shop Terms and Conditions found at MaroonsShop.com, NRL Terms and Conditions found at NRL.com, and to the terms of ticket sale with Ticketek found at Ticketek.com.au.
All prices advertised are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. The Queensland Rugby League reserve the right to refuse an application for Membership.
- Junior Ticketed Memberships are available to those under the age of 16 as at the date of the event.
- Concession Ticketed Memberships apply to Full government pensioners only (Aged, Invalid, Sole Parent, War Veterans and War Widows). Appropriate proof of concession is required for entry into the ground. Concession prices are not valid to Senior Card holders or the unemployed.
- Family Memberships have 4 tickets and consists of 2 adults and 2 juniors, or 1 adult and 3 juniors (Juniors must be under the age of 16 as at the date of the event).
- Groups of 9 or more are permitted only via the Ticketek Groups department (via 1300 364 001 or email firstname.lastname@example.org).
Personal details and member communications
All Members must take responsibility for updating personal details so the QRL can communicate with them effectively. The QRL hold no responsibility for a Member’s failure to update their personal details. To update your personal details please contact the Membership team via the Contact Form.
Membership number registration
If a Membership was received as a gift, Members must register their membership number (printed on digital Member Card) at MaroonsShop.com to receive access to Member Benefits such as exclusive team content, invitations to upcoming events and special offers and promotions. To be notified, Members must not have unsubscribed from our emails. The QRL takes no responsibility for Members providing inaccurate or incomplete information.
Maroons Shop Member discount
All QLD Maroons Members are entitled to receive a discount of 10% off apparel at MaroonsShop.com. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount and applies to full priced merchandise only. Sale items, Gift Cards, Memorabilia, Auction items, Equipment Hub items, Hospitality, the $15 Loyal Maroon Membership, Non-ticketed Memberships and the XXXX Maroon membership purchased through MaroonsShop.com are excluded from the 10% Member discount.
The member discount must be applied to your cart before checking out. Alternatively, if you a purchasing a $15 Loyal Maroon Membership through MaroonsShop.com, the 10% discount will automatically be deducted at time of checkout to any other items in your cart. It will not apply to the membership product.
Membership Gift Cards
Some Members are entitled to receive a Gift Card which can be deducted from your order at Checkout. As part of some package inclusions, members may receive a $20, $30 or $50 one-off Gift Card.
This Gift Card is a digital card that will be emailed to members following purchase including a unique gift card number which can be applied to your checkout when purchasing.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and the Member must abide by the Queensland Rugby Football League Limited (QRL) Terms and Conditions. Recipients will receive a gift voucher code in their membership email that will include a unique Gift Card code. This code is active once received and can be applied to an order. Customers have the ability to either apply the full or partial dollar value of their gift card to an order. Gift Cards are only redeemable online via MaroonsShop.com. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years.
NRL Presale access
Members may be entitled to receive presale communications for major NRL events. These emails will be sent only to the Primary Account Holder and Members who have registered their Member number at MaroonsShop.com. To receive notifications, Members must not have unsubscribed from our emails. If a Membership was received as a gift, Members must register their Maroon Member number (visible on their digital Member Card) to be eligible for presale communications.
Pack & Ticket delivery
The delivery date of your Membership will depend on the type of Membership you have purchased and if it includes merchandise or is digital only.
- Ticketed and Non-Ticketed Memberships that have digital inclusions only will be sent within 1 week of purchase starting late February.
- Ticketed Memberships with merchandise inclusions will begin delivery from March 2023.
- Cowboys Maroons and Non-Ticketed memberships delivery will commence in late February 2023.
Once your pack has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your items after your pack is dispatched.
All Ticketed Members can collect their game day merchandise from the Maroons collection points outside the Stadium entrances for each game. Members will need to display a valid match ticket to receive their game day merchandise from the Queensland Rugby League. You will be notified prior to game day with details on pickup locations and other important match day information.
QRL does not offer a refund for change-of-mind purchases. Memberships will not be refunded based on specific seat allocations or dissatisfaction with the provision of the individual elements of the entitlements. The NRL and Ticketek Refund Policies also apply to all ticketed memberships.
Memberships can only be returned for a refund if merchandise is deemed faulty or damaged. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable amount of time. A refund will only be granted after a thorough inspection of merchandise, and QRL reserves the right to deny any refund requests if it does not believe an item to have a manufacturing fault or significant damage.

Privacy and Promotions
You consent to personal information you have provided to the QRL or NRL (excluding any details related to methods of payment) being provided to sponsors for the purpose of offers and discounts that may be of interest to you.
As a Member, you may be provided with promotional offers from our sponsors. However, if you would prefer not to receive marketing/promotional material, contact the Membership team via the Contact Form to have your details removed from all future marketing and promotional databases.
QRL and the NRL have procedures in place to ensure that your information remains confidential. We are mindful that your personal details are private and as such, we will only disclose your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
If a Member breaches the QRL Code of Conduct or otherwise engages in behaviour deemed inappropriate or unbecoming as a Member of the QRL, the QRL reserves the right unconditionally to terminate the Membership in which case the Member forfeits their membership rights and will not be entitled to a refund of their Membership fees.
The QRL reserve the right to suspend/cancel a Membership of any Member who behaves in a manner that is deemed to be inappropriate. Please be mindful of those around you when in stadium, and immediately report anything you deem to be inappropriate to the stand manager at the top of your aisle on game day so the matter can be dealt with immediately. The QRL have the right to decide what inappropriate conduct is. The Member has no right to object to or appeal against any decision by the QRL to suspend or cancel a Membership as a consequence of the Member acting in a manner the QRL considers to be inappropriate.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
All Members are bound by these Terms and Conditions regardless of how the application was submitted.

Membership - Mega Maroons Prize Pack Giveaway 2023
All purchasers of a non-ticketed membership prior to 31 December 2022 will receive an entry into the Mega Maroons Prize Pack Giveaway. Promotion period starts 29 November 2022, and ends 31 December 2022. Prize will be drawn at random on 13 January 2023. The winner will be notified by email. The prize consists of 1 x $200 PUMA voucher, 1 x $250 Harvey Norman voucher, 1 x $200 Shell fuel voucher, 1 x $200 Maroons Shop voucher, 1 x 2022 signed QLD Maroons jersey, 1 x 2022 signed QLD Maroons football.
Corporate Events Refund Policy
QRL does not offer a refund for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds are only available when an event has been cancelled or rescheduled.

The Equipment Hub provides competitive pricing for registered rugby league clubs, leagues and associations throughout Queensland. All clubs eligible for the 15% discount will be sent the discount code via an official email at the beginning of the season. This code will be valid for multiple use and will expire at the end of each season. To apply the discount on your order, simply enter your code in the ‘Discount Code’ section at checkout. If you cannot find your Equipment Hub discount code, please contact your club representative.
Equipment Hub Shipping
Standard orders are shipped via Australia Post and arrive within 7 working days. When the order is placed you will receive tracking details via email.
Please note that some of the bulkier items on Equipment Hub are fulfilled directly through our suppliers due to logistics and the arrangements they have with freight carriers for large orders.
If you have placed an order with both bulky items and items with standard shipping, your products may have different expected delivery dates and arrive in separate packages.
