If ordered prior to 11am on weekdays, we will endeavour to ship your order within the next business day. Please note that during peak times, dispatch time may vary by up to 48 hours.
Australia – Domestic Post
Please allow up to 5 Business days from dispatch to receive your items.
The cost for domestic postage is a flat rate of $12 for orders under 1kg (up to approx 3 items), $17 for orders between over 1kg and $2 for each aditional kg after.
International – Registered International
Please allow a minimum of 10 Business days from dispatch to receive your items.
Flat rate cost for orders under 1kg (approx 1-3 items): UK ($50)/US ($30)/NZ ($25)/Fiji ($35)/Tonga ($35)/Rest of word ($60).
Additional cost per kg for orders over 1kg (approx 3+ items): UK ($20)/US ($15)/NZ ($5)/Fiji ($20)/Tonga ($20)/Rest of word ($25).
Please note: Delivery times are listed as a guide only and the timings specified relate to capital cities and major regional areas within Australia, other areas may take longer.
If your order includes a personalised item, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery outside of our standard delivery timeframes. If you ordered additional non-personalised items, you will receive these all in the same package.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with tracking details to follow the progress of your order.
Please note that each individual country has different customs and duties charges, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges. Product may not be released by the relevant local authority until these charges are paid. It may be beneficial to clarify with your local authorities about these charges before placing your order.
Unclaimed or returned parcel
Any parcels unclaimed and returned to Maroons Shop will incur an added postage cost if re-delivery is required. If an address is entered incorrectly and a re-delivery is required, an added postage cost will also be incurred.
