Shipping
Below is a guide of delivery times and cost for online orders. This includes a combination of processing/handling and estimated shipping times.
Please note shipping costs will not be refunded when returning an order.
Domestic Shipping
Please allow a minimum of 7-10 additional business days to the standard delivery timeframe during this time.
The cost for domestic postage is a flat rate of $12 for orders under 1kg (up to approx. 3 items), $17 for orders between over 1kg and $2 for each additional kg after. We accept no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
International Shipping
To calculate your shipping fees, enter your country and postcode into the 'Delivery options' area in your Cart before proceeding to the Checkout page.
We reserve the right to change, at any time, any international shipping charges advertised online.
If an international parcel is returned back to us, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued for the value of the products ordered. We are unable to resend parcels that have been returned back to us. We accept no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Each individual country has different customs and duties charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges. Product may not be released by the relevant local authority until these charges are paid.
We’re currently unable to ship orders to the United States due to recent government-imposed tariffs that have temporarily affected our ability to deliver products at the standards and prices our customers expect. We’re actively monitoring the situation with our delivery partners, and will resume U.S. shipping as soon as these restrictions are lifted or a workable solution becomes available. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Personalised Items
If your order includes a personalised item, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery outside of our standard delivery timeframes. If your order included additional non-personalised items, you will receive these all in the same package.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with tracking details to follow the progress of your order.
Membership
- Digital Memberships are fully digital for 2025 — no merchandise will be sent.
- Non-Ticketed Memberships packs will begin shipping from mid-May 2025.
- Ticketed Memberships match tickets will be distributed directly by the ticket agent (Ticketek or Ticketmaster), closer to your selected game.
- Women's State of Origin Game 1 – Brisbane: Game day pack collection will be available at the venue.
- All Other Ticketed Members will need to redeem their membership pack via Maroons Shop. You’ll receive an email with a pack selection link and a unique coupon code. Once selected, your pack will be shipped as soon as possible.
Christmas 2025 Delivery Timeframes
To help ensure your order arrives before Christmas Day, please place your order by the date listed below. These dates are provided as guidelines only and are relevant for metro-to-metro delivery in Australia only:

Orders placed after these cut-off dates may not arrive before Christmas.
While we work closely with our delivery partners to meet the above timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to high seasonal demand, weather conditions, or carrier logistics.
We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas once your parcel has been handed to the courier.
Any orders placed on or after Tuesday 23 December 2025, will be processed when the warehouse re-opens on Monday 12 January 2026, including membership packages.
