Below is a guide of delivery times and cost for online orders. This includes a combination of processing/handling and estimated shipping times.
Orders may take a longer than usual to arrive as a result of delays in the Australia Post network. Visit the Australia Post: Coronavirus Delays page for the latest updates on delivery timings. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 additional business days to the standard delivery timeframe during this time.
The cost for domestic postage is a flat rate of $12 for orders under 1kg (up to approx. 3 items), $17 for orders between over 1kg and $2 for each additional kg after. We accept no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

We reserve the right to change, at any time, any international shipping charges advertised online.
If an international parcel is returned back to us, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued for the value of the products ordered. We are unable to resend parcels that have been returned back to us. We accept no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Each individual country has different customs and duties charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges. Product may not be released by the relevant local authority until these charges are paid.
Please note: Some countries are not currently accepting Australia Post deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions, including Papua New Guinea.
If your order includes a personalised item, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery outside of our standard delivery timeframes. If your order included additional non-personalised items, you will receive these all in the same package.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with tracking details to follow the progress of your order.
- Loyal Maroon memberships are digital only and no merchandise will be posted in 2022.
- Premium ticketed membership packs will be posted from April 2022. When your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with tracking details to follow the progress of your order.
- Digital membership inclusions will be emailed directly to members within one week of purchase commencing late November 2021.
- Cowboys Maroon merchandise packs will be posted out directly from the Cowboys commencing late November 2021.
- Tickets as part of the ticketed membership packages will be distributed from Ticketek later in 2022. Exact dates will be communicated to members when available.
